British artist Jeremy Houghton paints incredible journeys, favouring themes of light, space and passages of time. Houghton’s signature flamingo portfolio started during his time in South Africa as a commission for the Oppenheimer estate (de Beers) in 2002. Whilst the majority of Houghton’s studio practice focuses on his flamingo paintings, over the last 20 years he has also documented the life of a number of high-profile communities including Windsor Castle, Highgrove, the Olympic Games, Wimbledon, Goodwood, America’s Cup and London Fashion Week. we are delighted to be involved in the North Cotswolds Awards through our sponsorship of the Best Accommodation Award.
